Wellz, after weeks of doing Sat shifts, finally i got the chance to party. Tommy and Justin initially wanted to go Zouk, so ok.. meet the Tom at 9. Got there at 2130.. (haha got out late)..
However, he felt like Zouk wasn't the place to be that night, so off we went to Tiong Bahru to have supper. Lousy Hor Fun and Sun Mee. Walked so far just to put stuff into our stomach yet expose our taste buds to horrendous cooking. Oh well, so shall it be.
Dropped by Madam Wong after Justin picked us from our eatery and Keng Hoong, from his home. Got there at 11 plus, and to our surprise, there was a queue. Oh well, and queue up we did. Hmm the lady at the counter seemed to be lookin at me. Not bad, cute, but not my cup of tea. OH yeah, she asked if i wanted to open bottle or something like that. haha.... what was i thinking?!?
Got in there, Keng Hoong and i realised the music that day sucked. OH well, paid 15 bucks, let's pretend that we're enjoying the music. =p Lo and behold, who did i meet there but my insurance agent. She had never gone there before and it was a client who actually asked her to go Madam Wong's. We talked but the fella came and told her that they were seated somewhere near the bar three times!?! He looked quite unsavoury and well, i was a bit concerned for my agent. Hell she's married as well! She shouldn't be going out with clients to these sorta places..!
Highlight comin on! As we were at the entrance to the dance floor, i have finally witnessed my first fight. one drunk fella suddenly jumped onto two guys in the dark and started hiting each other. The management was quite efficient, cause within seconds the light came on, and we saw 4 guys sprawled on the floor hammering each other's faces with their fists. I wouldn't call it fighting, i'd call it little children just throwing their knuckles at each other, cause that was what it looked like. Bottles were thrown all over the floor and one of them got up and wanted to use a chair to hit the drunk fella.
Lousy brawlers spoilt everything. Did i mention there was a lady dancing at where we were standing and i caught her giving me a few glances, though i didn't reciprocate. Haha, i don't pick girls up at clubs, i only enjoy music and dancing and a little social drinking with my mates. Not that i'm gay, i'm not comfortable with all that picking up thingy... Not my style. (Unless i get picked up..hahahahahahaaaa)
OK back to the fighting, bouncers sprang into action, grabbed the little brats, and brought them outside. I could see one guy's face bloodied and another's eye blue black. And thats the story of my first fight. (First experience in a club that is..)
NOthing much happened after that, except that later in the night my contacts began giving me problems... like a sand in my eye. Kept tearing and tearing and i looked as if i suffered a major breakdown. Oh well, before i went home, the same girl who glanced secretly at me took one last look as she walked past me whilst leaving the club.... =p
And that's that.. So long true believers.. and keep the peace. Don't throw fists like those kids i saw.. =)
