Drivin, in my 5.0

Today, i had my first driving practical lesson. The instructor was a guy called Edward Lee. Ok guy, don't think his much older then me. Didn't imagine that on the first day, i'd take the machine out on a spin around the circuit.
Shucks, didn't know that the car would move too if i put it on D gear. Can't remember if it was stated in the booklet, only that i know D is for driving.
I was told, that i always kept too close to the right. I don't know, guess i was just afraid that i would drive too close to the left.. Argh..
My sharp bends were also terrible. Had him saying good a few times and not good a few times... BUt i guess the not good over numbered the amount of times he said good. Argh.
I realised that i was too concentrated on the controlling of the car that the surroundings were oblivious to me. DIdn't give way at the zebra crossing, failing to stop at a stop sign. Sigh...
Seems like everything i've studied for advanced theory has come to naught. argh.
