VIdeo Phew. FInallly decided on a video by Switchfoot. Had spent the night before lookin thru all the music videos, deciding on which to put in. Actually was deciding on one of the following: Ryan Carbrera, Howie Day, Linkin Park, DMX, Lllyod Banks, POD, Kelly Clarkson, Paul Oakenfold, Fatboy Slim The Ultimate choice was Switchfoot though, seeing that I'm spending my Sun here at home. Appropriate song, "Dare you to move". Yah, move ur butt outta ur home boy. Still my neck hurts like mad. can't twist it well. THought a little sleep would help. In fact it kinda hurts more now. Argh. I can't shift my head to look down or up too. Man this is terrible. Goes to show, never never never ever jerk when ur working out. YES yes yes i know, but i wanted to finish the last rep, joints kinda shifted wrongly. PAIN PAIN PAIN! Can't move!!! Dare me to move yah but i can't!!!!! HELP ME GOD!
