Been a long time...
Oh well. It doesn't matter if nobody reads this, i'm just keeping this as a diary of my life.
Anyway, went down to Batu Pahat last Sat. Sigh. Almost knocked into the back of a Mercs while at the overhead lane at the checkpoint. Was driving behind him when he suddenly braked. Instincts made me brake as well... and the car actually skidded a few metres before it stopped short of a metre behind the Mercs. Phew.
Got into JB and waited for Chris to arrive. Once he did, we set off for Batu Pahat as he had to get home early for the electricans to arrive.
After an hour's drive, Went straight for the store. Wanted to change tyres alone, but after a check, they realised my brakes were in really bad shape.
What a thin brake pad. So i had to change it to AFI brake pads.
What a thick new Brake pad. In additon to the new tyres at 420 ringgit, Dunlop Formula D01, i had to change 3 bolts because the threads were gone. Damn... NOt only that, my rotors were warped. So he had to skim my rotors too. Wow, do many things t do on my ride. At altogther, it cost me just 625 riniggit. What a bargain!!
